MBC Coffeeneuring Challenge
This challenge is for everyone! RIDE on six days to get your favorite coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cider. Drinks don't have to be hot! Rides must be at least 2 miles and documented. National Bike Challenge
The National Bike Challenge is a nationwide event uniting thousands of current bicyclists & encouraging countless new riders. It is a FREE & EASY way to challenge yourself, your colleagues, & your community to ride more while competing on a local, state, and national level. This will be an IMPORTANT tool for future consideration of cycling infrastructure in your area. Enjoy the way YOU ride while supporting local advocacy efforts. Join in and help us fill the map!

National Bike & Roll to School Day - May 4
The first-ever national Bike & Roll to School Day took place on May 9, 2012, in coordination with the League of American Bicyclists’ National Bike Month. Today, thousands of schools across America—from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico—participate every May to encourage children to safely walk, bike or roll to school. Join the movement!
Bike to Work Week - May 16 - 22
Join the River Region in this national campaign to help educate and inform on the health and community benefits of biking. Hundreds of American communities have been successful in increasing bicycle commuting during this week.

Ride of Silence - May 18 - 6:45 pm
MBC Bike Corral Riverfront
Participate in the National Ride of Silence to honor those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways in your community. The Montgomery Ride of Silence will be a slow paced, silent, no-drop ride. The 6.7 mile route starts and finishes at the downtown MBC bike corral (corner of Commerce & Water St.). Bike to Work Day Energizer Station - May 20 - 6:30 am - Noon
MBC Bike Corral Riverfront
Join us at the downtown MBC bike corral (corner of Commerce & Water Street) from 6:30 AM to 12:00 Noon to celebrate Bike Month #BikeThere. In partnership with AARP, the Energizer Station will be offering free coffee, snacks and goodies for your morning commute or ride through downtown plus FREE t-shirts (while supplies last).
MBC Night at the Biscuits - May 21 - 6:05 First Pitch
Come join the Montgomery Bicycle Club as we enjoy a fun-filled evening at the Montgomery Biscuits baseball game on May 21. 80's Weekend Rolls on at the Biscuits Stadium with 80's Pop Culture Night! Enjoy box seats near the 3rd baseline with MBC Members & Guests. Stick around after the game for an 80's themed MAX Firework's show! Gates open at 5:00 pm. Prattville's Annual Bike Ride with the Mayor - May 21 - 9:45 am
Upper Kingston Park Prattville
The Annual Mayor's Bike Ride and Annual Touch A Truck events are FREE and open to the public. These events are held in conjunction with National Kids to Park Day and encourages outdoor activities and promotes our local parks and facilities. The Mayor’s Bike Ride will begin at 9:45am at Upper Kingston Park ending at Pratt Park. There will be a police escort to ensure the safety of our riders and everyone must wear a helmet.
