Glassner Autumn Challenge
Travel Information for Montgomery, Alabama

Planning your trip to the 2026 Glassner Autumn Challenge? Here's what you need to know about getting here, staying here, and making the most of Montgomery while you're in town.

Airlines

Flying in for the 2026 Glassner Autumn Challenge? Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM) is served by three carriers: Delta (nonstop to Atlanta), American (nonstop to Charlotte, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Washington D.C.), and United (nonstop to Houston). Check the Montgomery Airport website for routes and schedules.

If neither airline works for your trip, Birmingham (90 miles north on I-65) and Atlanta (160 miles northeast on I-85) are your next-closest options. Note that Montgomery and Birmingham are on Central time, while Atlanta is on Eastern time.

Where to stay — closest hotels to the ride start

We hold group blocks at two hotels every year, both close to the New ASU Football Stadium start/finish. 2026 rates, group codes, and booking deadlines are being finalized — check back soon.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Montgomery Downtown

Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery Airport South
